This does not happen if your site is running on port 80. However when the site runs on any other port you would see the above behaviour.

The cause if that when a site is running on port 80 it uses webdav, however webdav does not work on any other port other than the port 80 therefore they are forced to use FPRPC.

I have not found a work around for this.. have you ?</description>
